Hello friends...Can you please help me on this ? The below para is from my cousin who is a fitness trainer and nutritionist and real good at his job . He was concerned for my health and hence the below points. Please no hate comments. This post is just to talk on facts where me and others like me can get some knowledge.
P.S: I am a vegan and have no intent to go any other way.
Food must be able to complete your micro-nutritional values.. macros we can agree becau ... se they are required and larger amounts.. but macros need to be fulfill by food.. Also vegan foods have Micro nutrients but which are non soluble by our body so it isn't absorbed by us.. a human body by age needs to improves the diet since,
1. Every decade the metabolism of human goes down by 30%
2. Every decade Muscle maturity increases by 30%
Now considering the above 2 if we go vegan we aren't able to balance our metabolism hence our muscle maturity will backfire making our muscles to use 70% of protein from itself..
To make a vegan diet better is not to be a vegan.. honestly am not hurting anyone's sentiment by scientifically and logically saying body has to always behave in natural way.. you for years have eaten everything and now stopping of things and being vegan will actually takes years for you to change.. your body has adapted the kind of food you ate for all your life.. also kids need every absorbent nutrition for them.. plant proteins absorption rate and Glycemic index will not help them grow..
A simple diet needs to have
1. Minimum g of protein equal to bodyweight
2. Carbs to be eaten only from complex carbohydrate sources provided they are gluten free
3. Include greens as much as possible
4. Don't worry about fats.. just avoid oils and eat every fat possible..
5. Avoid table sugar and all processed and packed foods..
Idea of eating needs to be very simple. All new trends are making our society so different from each other that we start making our choices.. I eat everything.. home food outside food but just balanced it with simple things AVOIDING EVERYTTHING THAT IS PROCESSED.
Veganism is going to give you mental satisfaction but yes body will not be happy from inside.. it needs what it needs..! Don't stop it from feeling happy.. eat enjoy.. train sweat out and have a good life..
Fat doesn't makes you fat!
Simple to know Vegan diets do not provide fat-soluble vitamins A and D, Vegan diets do not provide vitamin K2
, Vegan diets are deficient in vitamin B12 and iron.. now all your macro nutrients fail to work if they are not assisted by micro nutrients.. even 400g of protein will fail.. protein in body is absorbed by Biotin which is a B class vitamin and aids other B's too.. now all these factors are pretty scientific but simple to know that Veganism in long run is a no no for me..! Digging dip it can go in to a long discussion where everyone will have their opinion and choices leading to difference conclusion. v neck outfits for prom party
